The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, together with the School of Tourism, organized during the 8th, 9th and 10th April, the Second Exhibition of Tourism Consortium in Murcia, a showcase for the public to know the cuisine, culture, traditions, landscapes and monuments in the region.

The event will take place near the mall Centrofama.

This is an event involving major consortia in the Autonomous Community and will serve to show its various tourist attractions.

Thus, visitors can learn about places like the Valle de Ricote, the Northeast, Sierra Espuña and the Mar Menor and see the tourism potential of cities as Caravaca de la Cruz, Cartagena, Lorca and Murcia.

The official opening is next Friday and will be attended by the Director General of Tourism, Marina Garcia, rector of Students and Employment, University of Murcia, María Isabel Sánchez-Mora, president of the Regional Federation of Employers of Hospitality and Tourism, Soledad Diaz, the councilman of Festivals and Popular Culture of the Municipality of Murcia, Rafael Gomez, and academic director of the School of Tourism in Murcia, Manuela Lopez.

This activity is closed another of the actions the School of Tourism is celebrating this year, and end with the launch of a tourism photo competition, a talk on the Q for Quality and a conference on careers in this sector.
