The offshore wind facilities have a promising future as one of the conclusions of the study as a final project in the degree in Environmental Sciences has submitted Blesa Martínez Beatriz.
This research, entitled "Climate and energy: the legal regime for offshore wind facilities," examines the legislation that regulates and sets a series of recommendations, including the desirability of promoting this type of energy.
In his presentation, held in the Lecture Hall of the Merced, Blesa Martínez advised to simplify procedures and reduce the time required for the implementation of these facilities.
He also assured that it supported the placement of these platforms at sea, rather than on earth, and said that although the installation is complex and expensive process ultimately be worth it for clean energy that produces less environmental impact than other types of energy.
Beatriz Blesa, whose research work was led by Professor White Soro, said the most advanced communities with wind dumped at sea are those of Galicia and Cantabria.
The court, which was chaired by Professor of Administrative Law Santiago Álvarez, María Jiménez and Francisco Belmonte as members, has given the work the note of 9.6.
