The Socialist Group in plenary session prompted a reduction in the number of temporary and precarious in the City (26/01/2010)

The PSOE mayor Mariola Martinez presented this proposal as a motion asking once again to PP improved municipal personnel management, is well known that many of the temporary workers hired by the municipality has made a stable functions year after year

The mayor of the Socialist Group Mariola Martinez Guillen presented a motion in plenary on Thursday calling on municipal PP to reduce the number of temporary and precarious in the City because, according to the complaint, to continue and remain Murcia Consistory in 2010 leader in precarious and irregular employment in the region.

Motion

Therefore, the socialist mayor asked in plenary on Thursday, among other proposals:

Preparation of a list of those functions and duties of a stable, year after year, are covered by temporary contracts, including those of social partnership.

That relationship and data will be taken to Joint Negotiating Committee as a proposal for Public Employment Offer this City for this ejercicio2010.

That the amount to which the amount may rise in salary costs of the resulting positions to be covered with funds from the items that have been earmarked for temporary contracts within the Ministry of Education and Personal.
