Murcia City Council has renewed the agreement with the Autonomous Region for the provision of citizen services in the Single Window.
In the municipality there are 67 One Stop Shops, located in the Citizen Information Service of the square of the Apostles, in the mayors of the 58 districts and in the 8 District Boards.
In total 31,443 documents were managed in 2009.
In parishes and 13,980 District Boards and One-Stop Plaza Apostles 17,306.
In the Single Window can register all documents and applications for the Autonomous Community, to any municipality of the region and country, and Administration.
In this City Council is providing the Service Desk since 1997.
The major efforts made by citizens through this Service are submitting documents to enter competitions and job boards, renewal of permits for foreigners, dependence on recognition, recognition of disability, supports IMAS, written arguments and sanctions resources , title large family, fishing and hunting license, gaming machines, signature recognition, digital certificates, supports education, social and vacation spas IMSERSO older, etc.
