Students may qualify for a total of 30 seats for study at 16 universities in 10 Latin American countries
The UCAM inaugurated on November 12th edition of the V exchange program UCAM-Latin America.
This international scholarship scheme, coordinated by the Department for International Relations and Communication, available to students with a total of 30 seats in 16 colleges located on 10 different Latin American countries and will serve to enhance the mobility of university students .
The duration of stays, starting from July 2010 will be one semester, flexible.
Interested students may submit applications until 15 December in the International Relations Office (IRO).
From the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Communication from the UCAM, explained that participating students may choose as destinations for travelers develop their trade, countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
On the supply of available universities, Catholic universities include Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires (Argentina) Santo Domingo, and Seat of Wisdom (Peru), the Pontifical Catholic Unversidade Rio Grande do Sul and the Universidade Federal de Uberlandia (Brazil) Austral University, American University, the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador or the Higher Polytechnic Institute José Antonio Echeverría (Cuba), among others.
The Vice Chancellor for International Relations and Communication, Pablo Blesa, says that "the program will boost UCAM-Ibero American international mobility of our students to internationalize their curricula, and allow them to learn new environments and educational systems, as well as familiar with the culture and Latin American customs. "
