The PSOE fully require improved access to Ronda Sur for thousands of citizens residing in the area (26/10/2009)

Socialist Councilman Jose Zapata recalls that this urban area has many deficiencies in access to monumental traffic jams that collapse, risk of abuse and insecurity for the disabled, pedestrians and cyclists, high noise and inconvenience to many residents

Socialist Councilman Jose Zapata will present a full motion in which the PP asked for an urgent improvement and rational access to Ronda Sur.

"The current situation of access to thousands of citizens residing in the area is unsustainable and is causing considerable inconvenience to them," complains Zapata.

In this sense, the PSOE mayor points out that this urban area has many shortcomings as regards access, a situation which, according to details is causing monumental traffic jams and traffic continued collapse, risk of abuse and insecurity for disabled , pedestrians and cyclists, high noise and inconvenience to residents.

Therefore require the PP Zapata La Glorieta to design a project that is included in municipal budgets for 2010 for the completion of works execution:

Access from Miguel Angel Blanco Avenida Ronda Sur and vice versa.

Link diverted from the street extension with F1 Morera.

Amendment to General Plan for the projection of other access and exit from the residential area of South Round the vial of the same name in the area of confluence with General Street Ortín (solution will be essential at the time in which to develop the fields ZT- ZM-SB2 and SB3).

Finally, the Socialist councilor request explanations from the PP on the delays in the development works of the Performance Unit Plan Part IV of CR4, a question that the PSOE made in the municipal right of last July that the government team Chamber has not yet answered.

Nearly a hundred families living in the buildings here lack basic services in some cases or have them in precarious in others, such as light and water works when the works had been completed by mid-2008.
