Alarcón: "Zapatero pays the bicycle lane, and it opens Chamber citizens hiding where the money comes" (24/10/2009)

María José Alarcón argues that behavior systematically mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, is unfair, since it is customary not to allow visit the works and not invite or the delegate of the Government or the Socialist councilors at Murcia City Council the inauguration of works made with funds from the Government of Spain under the Plan.

For Alarcón, attitude Chamber is also hypocritical, "and take the photo with his council of PP by the only real stretch of bike lane that exists in Murcia, stretch that has funded a socialist government."

"Zapatero paid, and House opens without even the detail of Socialists invite representatives of citizens in the City."

"House with one hand takes the money, and the other hidden from the public than the City Council which put the money, because basically you Zapatero has been annoying," he added.

Maria Jose Alarcon recalled that construction of a new bike lane of 7.8 km along the river Segura, plus the refurbishment of an existing 5 km, and the provision of lighting in the two sections have been financed by the Government of Spain Zapatero presiding.

The total budget amounts to more than 2,300,000 euros, of which the national government has already disbursed 70 percent, and created 56 jobs.

The works are included in the plan, Local Investment Funds.
