The University of Murcia IX gave the Classroom Photography Prize of Plastic Arts, endowed with 1,800 euros, which was awarded to Miguel Angel Martinez Perez, Murcia, for his work "MAM 5873."

Pablo García Mateo, Lucia road ahead, Ferran Giménez López and Cecilia de Val Arruebo jury received honorable mentions for their photographs.

The awards were presented at the Art-Nine, art gallery sponsor of the Award will be presented and where the 29 works selected by the jury.

The ceremony was attended by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, the rector of University Extension, Francisco Guillermo Diaz, director of the gallery María Ángeles Sánchez Rigal.

Previously, the University awarded the X Prize for Painting, which was for the painter Francisco Solana Ayala Cartagena.
