The Department of Housing, Transport and Trade has worked with the Provincial Association of Manufacturers and retailers of bread to Murcia on Friday to join the celebration of World Bread Day, a day in the main cities of the world offer a tasting this food.
The activity will take place in two tents that will be located in the Plaza del Cardinal Belluga, after 8 hours.
In one of them a team of nutritionists explain the advantages and benefits of eating bread and carbohydrates.
Also students of the School of Bakery participate in this sharing of information and also distributed 10,000 sandwiches between Murcia.
Next Friday is the third edition of the World Bread Day (World Day of Bread), which was created by the International Federation of Bakers (UIB) to devote one day to the history and future of the bread.
