More than 1,200 members that make up the Community Center of San Miguel wanted to celebrate the feast of its patron saint, the Archangel Michael, the fourth anniversary of establishment of the center to act that we have tried to honor all its partners and distinguish some of them.
The Deputy Mayor of Social Welfare and Promotion of Equality, María del Carmen Pelegrin, wanted to share with San Miguel over this important celebration and had joined the tribute highlighted the important work being carried out from this center of higher that "in just four years, has brought together more than 1,200 people, with the aim of encouraging participation and sharing among them."
The Senior Center San Miguel has a wide and diverse activities throughout the year, reflecting the interest and cooperation of its partners.
The largest of San Miguel are also celebrating now its Semana Cultural (replete with events and activities of various kinds); every month organized a painting exhibition, edited a monthly newspaper, with the full cooperation of partners, a theater group, a choir, plus different championships organized games, and include a full program of activities (tai-chi, gerontogimnasia, etc.) as well as lectures and panel discussions on topics of interest to members.
Senior Social Center of San Miguel has distinguished himself in this fourth anniversary of its founding members, Antonio Reyes and Finite Crespo for their dedication, support and delivery as well as help provide a great life all you do.
On the other hand, has become an honorary member Isidro at Tortosa, who is going through a difficult time in his life, to show the love and affection of the large family that consists of all members of the center.
