Development awards the Reguerón Highway in 208'8 million euros (23/07/2009)

The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, today announced that the Ministry of Development has awarded the consortium formed by Constructora San Jose, Roads and Buildings and Comsa the works of the Ring of Murcia MU-30, Highway section Reguerón.

The budget of the award, published today in the journal, amounts to 208,873,845.26 euros.

Tovar Gonzalez recalled that the objective of this work is to provide better access to all known populations in the South Coast and highlighted the following characteristics of the work:.

The extension begins about 2.5 miles before the interval, mainly to separate the two highways and cross with one Reguerón canal, thus allowing the adaptation of the links on El Palmar and the A-30 to the new situation .

From this origin, type link located near the roundabout interchanges in the San Ginés, until the end of the segment, the trunk highway with a length of 16.3 kilometers, which must be added the 2.7 km Avenida de Levante and the 1.6 km of the strands of temporary connection with the highway under construction Zenata-San Javier.

Once across the river, the highway girds each of its roads to the banks of Reguerón, releasing a longitudinal slot to accommodate the specks.

Building on a bend of the channel again to cross the road he left, keeping the parallelism and the proximity of the highway and the river, this time in its southern bank.

It projects a slight modification on the link San Ginés (MU-611), amending and supplementing the two links above the current MU-30, projects a new link with the future Avenida de Levante and two branches of future motorway link with the A-7 Zeneta of which currently is completing the construction project

You projected a stretch of Avenida de Levante, cross the highway from the future Segura Avenue, parallel to the river left bank, to the future South Coast, through the town of Beniaján, parish of Murcia.

The expressway will have two lanes each of which will have three lanes between the A-30 and Avenida de Levante and two lanes from Avenue to the end.

Steps are planned on the roads that cross the Reguerón, thus maintaining the maximum possible transverse permeability.

One of those roads that will be affected by the expansion of type link clover recovers crossing over the highway.

The basic type section in the trunk of the highway will consist of two lanes 7.00 m wide, which will stay two lanes of 3.50 m, 2.50 m wide outside and inside of 1.00 m.
