Sucina becomes the capital of flamenco from 20 to 25 July with the celebration of the III Festival 'De flamenco is' Giving galas, exhibitions and workshops for flamenco lovers.

The Festival will feature four Flemish Galas, prominence will be given to young people and will honor the singer 'Bastian' and guitarist 'El matador', both born in the region.

All galas will be held in the Auditorium Sucina cultural center, at 22 hours, and admission is free, first-served basis.

The activity is organized by the Peña Flamenca de Sucina in collaboration with the Department of Festivals and Popular Culture, led by Rafael Gomez.

The Festival's opening gala will be held on July 22 and will feature performances by the singer from Huelva Rocío Márquez (Mining Lamp Festival de Cante de las Minas de La Union 2008).

Accompanying it will be on guitar Guillermo Guillén and flamenco.

Andres Hernandez also act 'Pituquete' young Chilean guitarist based in Seville last year won the international guitarists in Guitar Competition III Niño Ricardo de Murcia.

Among the activities planned for this festival is the children's dance course taught by the young dancer Cynthia Cano, the exhibition of paintings by Paquita Garcia Valverde and photography 'Sucineros twentieth century', by Salvador Albaladejo.
