The University of Murcia has achieved 53.7 percent of success in the national call for non-oriented research projects, having secured funding for 58 of the 108 submitted.
The total funding awarded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, the promoter of the call, over six million euros.
With respect to the previous year, the number of projects now approved an increase of 41 percent, compared with national growth of 11.6 percent, while the funding obtained has risen 34 percent, when the national average has been 4.25 percent.
