The City Council has provided legal assistance to the police officer only to have applied in the case of camera Beniaján Barracks (02/02/2009)

The City Council has provided legal assistance through its Counsel, the only police officer who requested it in open judicial proceedings by a hidden camera in the locker room of the local police headquarters Beniaján.

The other agents have not sought legal assistance to the City Council.

Under Article 22 of the Agreement on Working Conditions for the Personnel Officer (years 2007/2009): "The City guarantees assistance through its Legal Department, municipal workers, upon request and precisely because of conflict arising of providing the service. "

It is false that misused the legal services of the City.
