The University of Murcia undertakes campaign to promote the use of corporate email from their students (29/09/2008)

The University of Murcia will start a campaign aimed at the widespread use of e-mail between students, which will allow substantial savings in stationery and brochures, as announced today the launch of the campaign, held Convalescence in the building, which houses the Rectorate.

The rector of Communication, Maria Angeles Esteban, said the team is part rectory has as one of its primary purposes to improve communication between members of the university community, resulting in actions such as this campaign.

With this campaign is to overcome the ignorance that exists among the students of corporate email accounts and profits they offer, and contribute to cost savings because they can largely replace the brochures, sending letters or mobile messages.

Manuel Conejero, responsible for OI, the creator of the campaign, which will last three months, said the message it will have a fun character and seek to emphasize the importance of using this email.

The campaign will graphically (posters, brochures, bookmarks and table), multimedia (microsite) and develop a contest, with the title of "best excuses", in which students have e-mail account at the University Gifts can aspire to multimedia.

Through it, is that students will propose ingenious arguments to recommend the use of electronic mail.
