The 86 paintings by elderly clients of the day, residences, and federations are the First Exhibition 'Our Elders Solidarity' to be displayed, until 7 October in the exhibition hall of the Chamber of Commerce.
At the opening the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, was accompanied by the director of the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), Miguel Angel Miranda, and Senior General Manager, Paloma Recio, as well as many of the authors of the papers presented.
In this first sample have participated over 18 day care centers and residences dependent IMAS 2, and 3 federations Senior Murcia.
Councilor Bascuñana welcomed the work done by all the authors of the paintings, as well as the result of the show and added that "we look forward to celebrating other similar exposures because they reflect the great work these people during their leisure time. "
Finally, the head of Social Policy Murcia encouraged all to come to the exhibition hall of the Chamber of Commerce so they can enjoy each and every one of the exhibits.
