The XIV Symposium on Rural Geography study the cattle in Spain and the modernization of irrigation (19/09/2008)

The XIV Symposium on Rural Geography, to be held at the University of Murcia from 22 to 24 September, will discuss livestock in Spain, the modernization of irrigation and rural development.

At the meeting, which has organized a steering committee coordinated by the professor at the University of Murcia José María Gómez Espin, intervene other specialists from the Universities of Extremadura, Cordoba, Valencia and Autonomous University of Barcelona.

The opening ceremony will be held on September 22 at 10 pm in the Faculty of Arts, Merced campus.
