A Call Center to expand the hours of telephone (18/09/2008)

In order that all Murcia have a flexible and accessible service, the City of Murcia to set up a new telephone service, known as Call Center.

There is a differential space located at the headquarters of recovery, with four telemarketers and support of two others in the call.

With the launch of this service is extending the opening hours city, covering such care without interruption from 8:30 to 19:30.

The most common steps are usually done by phone, and have strengthened with the introduction of this new service are:

Update taxpayer data.

Sending bills via fax, e-mail, etc.

Report on the bank payment and processing such management.

State tax information.

Information on tax benefits for taxpayers.

State on the handling of records management.

The offices serve about 600 calls daily.
