The Centre for Tourism Qualification taught 15 workshops to persons not related to the sector (17/09/2008)

The Regional Secretary for Tourism, Angel Campos, accompanied by the director and manager of Tourism Qualification Center (CTC), Jesus Galindo, presented today at the auditorium of the Third Conference Center Open to be held along the months of October and November in the premises of CCT, which will be released to the general public the secrets of gastronomy of Murcia.

According to the regional secretary, "the success of the first two days has been vital in launching the third edition of this conference for people not connected with the tourism sector." He said: "The challenge is to keep coming, to all those who would not normally have access to such courses, the secrets of traditional cooking techniques Murcia and its professionals. "
