UI + Councillor Greens Murcia, Esther Herguedas, has objected to the Special Interior Renovation Plan (PERI) of the district of La Paz on the grounds that it contains "many irregularities" administrative and is "deliberately ambiguous as to its definition" .
Herguedas criticized in his writing the "lack of publicity" and "limited ability" with which the neighbors have had to consult on the proposed redevelopment of that neighborhood, since the deadline for information took place during the month of August.
"With the promise of a home, the builder-operator, benefited from the council, has embarked on a group of neighbors in a major urban project, which will get millions in profits without taking responsibility," said the mayor of IU + Greens.
Expressed concern about the expected duration of works, twelve years ago, calling it "absolutely unconscionable" and that "only serves the interests of the builder," while cause "discomfort for all citizens."
Herguedas said to be for the full recovery of La Paz, but rejected the current draft and claimed that the municipality of Murcia "take responsibility and lead a process with full assurance that it will actually take place."
In this regard, he noted that this process "transform these benefits millionaires who will lead the constructor, handpicked, and improve services for residents of the neighborhood and for the whole of Murcia."
