In the Ebro transfer recovery by the Government of Argentina to Barcelona and has won broad consensus

The security of water supply can only be done by external water management, by transfers or diversions as the Tajo-Segura current or obtaining fresh water from salt water.
"Our structural deficit can only be solved by water transfers or contributions from external basins with surplus, as stipulated in the National Hydrological Plan of 2001," the spokesperson concluded Municipal People's Party.
