Accused the City Council's change to foster the planning to the letter (12/02/2016)

Councilman Sergio Ramos today criticized the attitude of the government team to defend the signing of an agreement involving the resignation of City Hall to 10 percent of the land it deserves in concept of urban use in a partial plan for the timely exchange of financial compensation.

The agreement, which will defend the Town Planning, Antonio Javier Navarro, at the next meeting of the Planning Board, refers to the PI-Pn1 Plan of the district.

For Ramos, it is "incomprehensible" that the Consistory reject that part of the land, totaling 1,622 square meters of a total of 16,219, which could launch initiatives as the promotion of public housing or equipment for 433,070 euros, is the amount that the developer is willing to pay.

This formula has been used, according to the Councillor in previous corporations, especially in the era of "the orgy Brick" and has meant the loss of thousands of meters of land belonging to the heritage of the municipality.

"The City Council has earned money for such an assignment for many years precisely money that has not been used to promote public activities that benefit citizens."

Ramos has held that the government team has to stop carrying out this practice, albeit legal, because of its serious consequences, and to urge the Autonomous Community to reform the Regional Land Act to increase the use of assignments designed to City Hall limiting capitalizations.
