The City Council promotes a reorganization of the municipal company Aguas de Murcia in order to improve the functioning of the joint municipal company.

Roque Ortiz explained that "at this meeting we wanted to bring positions because we believe that the city, with 51% stake in Aguas de Murcia, you need to retrieve the address of this joint venture. So in the next Board of Directors will propose the modification of the organizational structure of Aguas de Murcia in order to promote and improve their performance. in addition will raise the need for united proposal for external audit of the company ".
Similarly, in the next Board of Directors other measures such as strengthening of control over the organization of Aguas de Murcia, lower water rate and sewer without affecting service quality will be studied.
