Councilman Works, Roque Ortiz, has accompanied the director of Cespa Urban Services of Murcia, Antonio Igualada, and representatives of the council, to the delivery of a donation made by the workers of the concessionaire of the street cleaning service to Caritas and Jesus Forsaken.
Thus, employees have resigned, one year to the celebration of the Patron of Workers street cleaning and donated 5,000 euros to Caritas and 5,000 Abandoned Jesus to meet the needs of the most disadvantaged.
The money for these associations is born of a unanimous agreement by the company and the workers' representatives (ATL, UGT and CCOO) to give up the traditional food of their patron St. Martin de Porres and spend that money to those most they need it.
Councillor Roque Ortiz wanted to thank the workers, "his generosity and willingness to carry out this initiative that aims to address those who are excluded."
