High greater solidarity gathered in Murcia kitchen hand will Asteamur (01/02/2016)

Everything is ready for the celebration in Murcia in a new edition of GastroTEA, the solidarity day of haute cuisine that will take place on day 15. The event, linked to the annual charity dinner ASTEAMUR has this time with the participation of the chef Catalan Paco Perez, cook 5 stars Michelin, and the funds raised will go to finance the therapeutic interventions for integration of children with autism belonging to ASTEAMUR, organizing association of the event with the Cooking Club AMURECO, consisting of Murcia prestigious chefs.

Another objective of the event is to promote awareness in society about autism, a condition that affects more and more children.

The Councillor for Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz, has appealed to the Murcia society to "overturn and collaborate with this solidarity initiative, once again demonstrating our commitment to building a more just future, helping those in need and offering our hand to the most vulnerable people. "

Ruiz this morning the day, in an act that has been also attended by the president of Asteamur, Nani Martinez de Haro and Amureco president, Alberto Hernando.

This fourth edition of GastroTEA consist of a Cooking Show to be held in the morning in Murcia Circus Theatre, starring the famous five-star Michelin chef, Paco Perez, recognized with two in the Miramar Restaurant in Llançà (Girona), two other Enoteca Restaurant in the Hotel Arts in Barcelona and one in the restaurant 5 (five) in Das Stue Hotel Berlin.

Furthermore, it will involve chefs Gines Jose Nicolas "Nico" restaurant Rincón de Pepe, Thomas Ecija, Restaurant El Albero and La Maita, Jose Alvarez (1 * Michelin), restaurant La Costa, and Pablo Gonzalez Conejero (1 * Michelin), the restaurant La Cabana Finca Buenavista.

The afternoon session will be held at the Center for Tourism Qualification Murcia, where Paco Perez offer a cooking workshop aimed exclusively at children ASTEAMUR.

For this workshop, Paco Perez will have the support of the association therapists and chef Pedro Francisco Pedroza, chef of CAYAM Caritas and member of the Association of Cooks and Confectioners of the Region of Murcia (AMURECO).

Finally, the restaurant La Casa de la Luz will host the gala charity dinner for 300 guests with a menu designed and expressly cooked for GastroTEA by Paco Perez and his team of Miramar, preceded by a cocktail made by cooks AMURECO.

Also, they have organized two preliminaries:

- Friday February 5 ASTEAMUR workshop with children in CST, at 17.30 hours, given by Marcela Sanchez of Restaurante Via Apostle, AMURECO member.

- Friday February 12 ASTEAMUR workshop with children in CST, at 17.30 hours, taught by Nuria Hernandez, the restaurant EmboKa by Simmons, a member of AMURECO.
