A group of teachers of Social Work at the University of Nuevo Leon Monterrey State have shown interest in the organization and operation of the Municipal Department of Social Services City of Murcia and the various social resources that are managed from the same.
The three professors have visited several projects that develop in Espinardo, both the Municipal Social Services, as the Urban initiative of the Holy Spirit.
During the visit they were accompanied by the technicians responsible for these projects and Professor of the School of Social Work at the University of Murcia, Enrique Pastor.
The visit is completed with a meeting with the Councillor for Social Rights of the City of Murcia, Conchita Ruiz, and the technicians responsible for the municipal social services.
Thus, the head of Social Rights, has highlighted "the character of mainstreaming, coordination and complementarity of social services with other departments of the City of Murcia and with other administrations."
Therefore, the responsibility of the Mexican University, have shown great interest in both the model of organization and management of them, such as details on the set of resources and services they provide.
Finally, from the University of Nuevo Leon, both praised the organizational model, such as intervention and coordination of the municipal social services organizations and associations who work in the municipality.
