The Mayor, José Ballesta, has entrusted the councilman of Social Rights, Conchita Ruiz, to initiate the necessary steps to, in collaboration with Caritas, is put in place quickly a social commissary to serve the most disadvantaged families.
This has been agreed this morning at the meeting held by the Mayor, José Ballesta, with the director and the secretary general of Caritas, José Saura and Juan Antonio Illán, respectively, and the presence of the head of the area.
For the creation of this commissary will transfer the local City Hall where the establishment where families most in need, and that Caritas is open daily, can buy commodities at a nominal fee will be enabled.
It is a proposal that is part of the global plan of social assistance aimed at families at risk of exclusion and spanning more vulnerable situations.
Also, Conchita Ruiz will study with Caritas possible new forms of collaboration to help people who are at particular risk of social vulnerability.
