The health care facility replaces some outbuildings unresponsive to the needs of the parish.
The investment made by the City amounts to 354,000 euros.

The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, inaugurated this morning the new local office of Rincón de Seca, which will improve health care for the 2,300 inhabitants of the village.
The event was attended also by the Councillor for Social Welfare and Health, María del Carmen Pelegrin, the Minister for Health and Social Policy, Catherine Lawrence, and the President of the Municipal Board, José Pellicer.
It is the seventh sanitary facilities opened along the current Corporation.
Of these, four correspond to the health centers Aljucer, San Juan, Floridablanca and Murcia South and clinics Lobosillo and Sangonera la Seca, who today joins the Rincon de Seca.
In total, the current primary care network consists of 63 centers.
The opened this morning by the Mayor has reception, two general medicine, pediatrics 1, 1 nurse, 1 priests, archive, store and toilets.
The new health center has been built in the central square of San Joaquin.
After making a complete rehabilitation of the building formerly occupied by social service agencies, medical service is located on the ground floor, with an area of ​​320 square meters.
The total investment by the City has exceeded 354,000 euros, to which another 12,000 euros from the Murciano Health Service equipment adds.
The new facilities are designed to ensure the provision of quality service and openness can replace the old buildings in which up to now users who had been insufficient and did not respond to the health needs of the population is attending.
Furthermore, it is sized to meet in the future to 4,000 users, nearly double the current population of the village.
The neighbors of Rincón de Seca can enjoy now a few units at which combines modern equipment is and is perfectly adapted to the needs of residents.
