Castro described as "unfair and unjust" the "tasazo of catastrazo" imposed by the PP on the residents of Murcia (09/02/2015)

Councilman Juan Patricio Castro Socialist Group today has called "unfair and unjust" the rate of 60 euros they had to pay the approximately 13,000 properties cadastral municipality for review.

The socialist mayor has held meetings throughout these weeks with citizens affected by the revision of land noting that the neighborhood discomfort comes mostly from the districts, where apparently still fall all evil, the 'tasazo of catastrazo', the fords, a more expensive public transportation, widespread abandonment of facilities and services, lack of cleanliness, etc.

Also, Castro reported that assessed values ​​arising out of this review have increased by over 40% and that many of these increases have been carried out by amazing, such alterations and modifications of facades, cementing yards or roofs to protect appliances or shade.

Therefore, the Socialist councilor has claimed "more objectivity in determining changes in assessed values ​​and social justice in imposing the tasazo of catastrazo".
