The Socialist Party claims that the PP is using the unemployed to fill permanent positions (05/05/2014)

The deputies of the Socialist Group Pedro López and José Zapata today denounced the fraudulent situation they are in, for the last fifteen years, 480 employees occupying social collaboration jobs permanent or structural nature, when in fact contracts are temporary and therefore subject to limited time periods.

In this sense, Lopez recalled that a Supreme Court jurisprudence regarding this type of contract, so they can no longer be used to fill permanent or structural positions, as in the case of social collaboration 480 posts that currently operate in the City (table attached).

That ruling said Zapata will jeopardize the local government will not have choice but to regularize the status of these jobs held mostly by unemployed and used by the PP to expand and consolidate its patronage network.

1. Determine the number of places permanent and professional categories have come to be covered by social cooperation and realize the corresponding Commission plenary.

2. Convene a Public Employment Offer (EPO) for the said jobs of a permanent nature;

authorization is sought and the relevant Ministry to legalize this.

Three. Attach a maximum term to cover those jobs.

April. Regularize, temporarily, the circumstances of all workers who currently find themselves in this situation.
