The National Police arrested a Romanian in Murcia fugitive claimed in his country for murder, money laundering, kidnapping and extortion (23/04/2014)

In 2004, aided by other individuals and caused fatal injuries to the son of a judge who dropped out in a field

Agents of the National Police have arrested in the city of Murcia to a citizen of Romania, 35, claimed by the authorities of his country.

Weighed arrested on two European Arrest Warrants and Delivery, a per-laundering offenses, kidnapping, extortion and membership of a criminal organization, and the other for the murder of the son of a Romanian judge.

At the time of the arrest was carrying forged documents.

The investigation was initiated after receiving information from the Romanian authorities that pointed to this guy was hiding in the city of Murcia.

This communication also warned of the dangers of runaway, as a former policeman, and severe security measures adopted and allowed to escape a police operation to catch them deployed in the Italian city of Verona.

After checking this end an operation to his location and arrest that eventually took place in the vicinity of the bus station in Murcia, where he was arrested along with another individual who lent their cooperation to remain escaped developed.

The first acts for which the fugitive was wanted back to 2004. In May of that year, accompanied by several accomplices, I blocked the vehicle in which she was the son of a judge, broke the windshield with a blunt object, shot over the victim, took the car and then dragged another car.

Finally beat him severely and left him in the open field where he died.

In addition to this, during the years 2005 and 2006, along with two other men, he set up a criminal group based in the Romanian city of Arad, dedicated laundering, extortion, kidnapping and threats among other crimes.

The arrests were carried out by agents of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police and Public Safety Headquarters in Murcia's National Police, in collaboration with the Group Fugitive Location of Operational Section of International Relations of the Brigade Central Organized Crime in Central UDYCO General Judicial Police, and the Liaison Office at the Embassy of Romania.
