The project URBAN Holy Spirit is about to serve three years since the district began to analyze the activity "Paths of Knowledge" in the summer of 2010.
Since then they have developed a series of actions organized by the City and the residents who participated.
It has launched the Citizen Participation Forum has been developed by the Working Group "Urban Laboratory" and has held the Second Meetings of participation.
They have also developed basic actions in the field of social and cultural education through a tutoring service and a program of visual arts education in music, dance and theater.
The music program will be strengthened in the months of June and July, plus it will continue from September Music in the classroom are going to install in the next August and will be in use from October.
They have also the foundation for the improvement of professional skills and entrepreneurial with the implementation of the Employment Guidance Service, the development of a comprehensive training program in Information Technology and Communication and a set of training actions occupational cultural and creative sector.
ARTS EDUCATION ACTIVITIES FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE
Artistic training in music: vocals and guitar.
Develop artistic skills of those who are particularly gifted for music through knowledge of techniques for the practice of voice and guitar instruments.
The aim is to detect those people who have a special talent for music on vocals, guitar and percussion.
Analyze whether the knowledge acquired through formal, non-formal or self-taught.
Boost your interest in training and practice of music and musical instruments practice.
Propose a collaborative and coordinated work with other development activities under the URBAN project: dance and video.
Course flamenco voice.
The objective of this course is to introduce participants to the art of flamenco, history, clubs, artists and, above all, two main aspects in flamenco: cante and compass.
The compass will learn through exercises palms (polyrhythms, accents, setbacks, etc..).
In cante participants will learn flamenco vocal technique to achieve the desired sound and to avoid damaging your voice.
Step by step learn Flamenco, your compass through the palms and the different styles of singing: fandango, tango, joys, bulerías, Malaga, Guajira, soleás, tarantas, etc..
Concerned with basic notions of flamenco, compass and Flamenco.
Flamenco Guitar Workshop.
Students will develop their technical skills, were initiated in the knowledge of flamenco and its compass; know the main interpreters learn to accompany singing and especially Flemish gain a solid foundation that facilitates the learning process.
This course is intended for the acquisition of basic knowledge or advanced guitar.
LOCAL: College housed.
