Places of supplies of El Carmen, Espinardo, Vistabella, La Alberca, San Andres Torres Cabezo, Saavedra Fajardo and Verónicas during April and May offering tastings of dishes and products developed by the 15 students in the course of kitchen and served by the 13 students in the course of Restaurant Services, the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, within the employment training program.
This initiative is part of the 'Taste Your Place', which aims to encourage sales of supplies in the squares, plazas convert cultural spaces and media, promoting consumption of products of Murcia and publicize different dishes and presentations.
Likewise, students conduct practices.
Next week the tastings will be held in El Carmen (April 16), Espinardo (April 17), Vistabella (April 18) and La Alberca (April 19), and will be devoted to garden products as the basis of Murcia of the Mediterranean diet, with the realization of traditional recipes.
In May, the tastings will be held in San Andres (May 7), Cabezo de Torres (May 8), Saavedra Fajardo (May 10) and Veronicas (May 16).
This time will be devoted to European dishes and rice.
The tastings begin after 12 hours.
In addition, they serve beer, local wine and cheese will be representing Murcia.
Students have produced a cookbook with dishes that will be served, to be distributed to the public to attend tastings.
