The council of the Socialist Group, Andrea Garries, held that the Fair has passed without incident and congratulated all groups and associations for organizing various events.
However, Garries believes there a debate about programming Murcia parties to empower and turn them into a tourist attraction to help promote our town.
"Every euro you spend on holiday, has to be multiplied in the form of benefits for the city as a tourist or increased economic activity," the PSOE councilor.
The socialist mayor believes that the City should promote a discussion forum with the presence of all groups involved in both the Spring Festival and the Feria de Murcia to propose a revision of a model that is repeated every year to propose a renewal maximum social consensus.
"We must ensure that our parties are known in Spain to work as a tourist attraction and favor local economy," said Garries.
"And we must use every tool possible, so do not understand why the councilman of Culture still does not start up profiles on the major social networks to spread and promote our parties," said the mayor.
Finally, the Socialist councilor insists on the need to decentralize the activities leading parties to the districts so that all citizens feel part of the town these days.
