In this regard, he announced that the next UPyD Murcia municipal plenary take a motion to urge the Consistory the Autonomous Region to develop a law that regulates the activity of zoos, providing the legal framework for specific activities of education and awareness on animal conservation.
Also, the motion includes the creation of the necessary regulations for the meantime, to prevent that in zoos and nearby recreational activities may be massive that may alter the normal development of the animals that live in them.
Meanwhile, Murcia UPyD spokesman, Ruben Juan Serna, complains that the location of the events seemed "to have no other interest that benefit the tram and promote Natura Terra".
