The group has won Murcia Dog Model Contest Third Lemon Pop Festival, which celebrates its 17th edition.
This event was held after four years without summon and involved nearly four bands emerging in Spain.

Getting back to the competition and released a new CD has been a way to check the back to Lemon Pop Festival and its weight in the music scene, after the success of participation can be concluded that the festival is in good health.
The mock competitions are an opportunity for the groups, but also a way to anticipate what will sound in the coming years, another objective of the festivals.

This time the winners have been the Murcia Dog, a quartet that mixes in influences from shoegaze music, the spirit of punk and indie pop joy.
As explained Sopena Angel, this is a new band that can make songs as great as once did the planets, and very forward looking.
The record of this third contest was sponsored by the Hall 12 & Medio, which collaborated in the first edition, and the competition has had the collaboration of programs Discogrande RNE Radio 3, Terminal Pop and Music Contraband (both Wave Regional ) and the web www.mmamm.net.
The list of the top 20 that includes not only the CD
shows the best groups of the demo competition Lemon Pop but are some of the most promising bands of the Spanish music scene.
