The Department of Urban and Infrastructure Quality wants that during the holidays, Murcia and visitors can enjoy street rods of different catering establishments in the municipality, in order to extend the offer while promoting commercial activity .
That is why this year the City will allow the installation on the street during the day bar Christmas and New Year.
The schedule is from 8 o'clock in the morning until 22 o'clock, both the 24th and the 31st of December.
The deadline for applying bar installation will begin next September 17 and runs until October 19.
The application shall make the request in the standard model available in the General Register of the City of Murcia, Department of Public Roads (Moneo Building, 3rd Floor) and headquarters Hostemur (Acisclo Diaz, 5 C - 3 º).
Only holders may request bar of public catering and only one application per establishment.
In the instance will include the name and personal details of the owner of the establishment, as well as the trade name of the establishment, the total linear feet of rod to be placed in the front or in the space authorized furniture, also may be authorized grab bars to be installed inside the main bar, a license to open and if you want to leave on the 24th or the 31st day or both days.
It will be mandatory to have the facility open to install the requested bar and rods apply strictly prohibited in or adjacent premises other than those authorized as bars and restaurants.
In the bar the poster display identification and notification of the ban on selling alcohol to under 18.
This initiative is the result of a meeting attended by the Councillor Ana Martinez Vidal, Nuria Fuentes and technicians of their councils with representatives of Hostemur, at the request of the latter.
Thus the City addresses one of the demands of the hospitality industry and authorizes the installation of bars during this time
