The Catholic University San Antonio (UCAM) has taken place in the Plaza of the pergolas, the initiative '60 seconds of silence 'on the occasion of the celebration of International Day of Noise Awareness 2012.
The activity has been aimed at raising awareness among participants, members of the entire university community about the effects of surround sound that surrounds the campus daily.
According to Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering in Telecommunications Systems, Juan Miguel Navarro, coordinator of the event, "the area where is located the UCAM is a privileged area on the environment, and we must preserve."
