Murcia has been chosen to represent Spain in this forum that will discuss about the solutions to local and regional governments of Europe to the economic crisis and the consequences of lack of funding.
Faced with financial institutions and representatives of local and regional governments of Europe, Conesa shall state the measures taken by the city of Murcia to stabilize the finances of the municipality.
Conesa Martínez made his speech along with representatives of municipalities of the North Rhine-Westphalia, London, the company Standard and Poor's, the city of Berlin and the HSBC bank.
