Nuria Fuentes, "The High Court and the Court of Auditors described as impeccable handling of the conventions of the Northern Zone" (09/04/2012)

The spokesman Nuria Fuentes recalled that all administrative processes emanating from the Consistory is supported by favorable reports from independent experts.

Regarding partial plan clarifies that followed New Condomina processing under the General Plan and included in the Municipal Council with the unanimous support of PP and PSOE.

With respect to the information published in recent days, the spokesman of the government team, Nuria Fuentes, said this morning that all municipal administrative procedures, in compliance with the Act, are supported by relevant favorable reports from independent experts, without so far made any decision that does not have approval from them.

Sources pointed out, moreover, that the lawfulness of the processing of the conventions of the Northern region was endorsed at the time by two judgments of the Superior Court of Murcia and the rigorous analysis of the Court of Auditors.

The sentences to which reference is made are the following:

1.

Judgment of the Court of Justice of Murcia dated December 30, 2005, number 983/05.

2.

Judgment of the Court of Justice of Murcia dated July 16, 2006, No. 461/06.

3.

Resolution of the Court of Auditors dated June 3, 2009, No. 8/09.

The spokesman added that the two judgments of the Superior Court of Justice confirmed, twice, the full validity of the General Urban Plan of Murcia, including the management of the North, and in great detail the planning agreement which was derived New Condomina corresponding partial plan, approved with the unanimous support of the PP and PSOE.
