IU-Greens calling for a consensus solution for the location of New School students CEIP El Palmar (26/07/2011)

The municipal group United Left-Greens today expressed concern over the future of New School students CEIP El Palmar at the sudden announcement of the ruin of the building situation and the proposed relocation of students in other facilities in the district reported by the Ministry of Education representatives AMPA center a few days ago.

IU-Greens expressed first by the improvising his criticism of the Ministry that until recently has ignored the continuing allegations of AMPA on the deteriorating state of the building.

When you wanted to check the situation has been considered extreme and consequently closed the building.

This has prevented serious planning for the relocation of students that can fall on the consequences of a disastrous administration.

IU-Green believes that first and foremost priority is to the interest of students, especially for being a center of integration, development and maintenance of the teaching task in the best possible conditions.

All this with the prospect that this temporary situation, like others, can take several years to not be a simple reform, but the construction of a new installation.

Moreover, the centers provided by the Department to receive more than 400 students would be new schools would beef up your space and its resources, so 3 town centers suffer from the mismanagement of educational administration.

At the same time, from IU-Green argues that the replacement of the center is maintained at its current site, as there is nothing to justify a change of location also force the school in that area to cross a street in heavy traffic
