A doctoral dissertation at the University of Murcia Campos Maria Jesus Fernandez has recommended the need to implement postural education from primary to avoid the appearance of deformities.

This research, which has obtained excellent cum laude, states that "it was found that the school environment is an ideal platform to implement such programs and that if carried out systematically positions can be corrected inadequate, both static and dynamic. "

The proposal made by this thesis includes the strengthening of the muscles of the pelvis and exercises extensibility of it.

The study was led by professors Fernando Santonja and Pilar Sainz de Baranda.
