Campus of Excellence Mare Nostrum (CMN) will hold 17 to July 22 Summer Campus without barriers, consisting of ten students stay in high school and second cycle of ESO facilities at the University of Murcia and University of Cartagena.
The project, the first thing to do in Spain within the context Campus of Excellence promotes the continuity of training of these students in the university and serves to enhance host protocols and improvement of campus, while awareness the university community about the needs of students with disabilities.
Summer Campus inclusive environment allows the CMN the adequacy of systems, methods and educational materials for students with disabilities, thus facilitating the development of their abilities and skills acquisition on equal footing with their peers.
During the inauguration, which was held today, Monday 18, and principals have chaired and Felix Jose Antonio Cobacho Faura, in the building Soler Rector of the University of Murcia, has also been developed for students receiving the second turn of the Campus Summer Science Mare Nostrum.
It is thirty students of 2nd High School of different parts of the country that until July 30 will participate in various activities organized at the Universities of Murcia and Cartagena Polytechnic.
