Planning approved the construction of a building that will have to preserve archaeological remains in the basement
The Planning Advisory Board approved a Special Plan for the construction of a residential building on a plot of 152 square feet in the Plaza de Santa Eulalia.
In that there are archaeological solar wall and antemuralla Arabs, which will be transferred to the City Council with the aim of incorporating them in the future Visitors Center of the Wall of Santa Eulalia, creating a larger museum tour.
The archaeological remains are kept in the basement.
The building can be built 8 houses.
In the same environment there are several lots with the remains of Arab wall, which will also be maintained and incorporated into the Visitor Center.
All the archaeological remains of the area have been included in the Special Plan of the Historic Artistic Murcia (chest).
It remains with the degree of protection 1 "remains predictably maintainable," located in Group 2, "archaeological remains visible."
