The Department of Environment, through the Local Agency for Energy and Climate Change (ALEM) has created a new system of short-term rental for bicycles.
In the short term rental, users are discharged once but can use the bike for short intervals, from one day to one month throughout the year, and the bike can be removed regardless of any shop attached to the system.
It's fast, comfortable and very affordable.
In addition, bicycles are always available at the workshop staff.
Anyone wishing to rent a bike should be directed initially to the Municipal Office of the Bicycle, submit photocopies of both sides of your ID card and a bank card into force which will be paid.
The Office of the Bicycle will complete the lease with the user data through a computer software online in real time with the bicycle shops attached to the system and prompt the user to the terms of use and safety.
Prices of short-term rentals have not changed with respect to approved the launch of the rent in September last year.
