The City will open its Office of Housing from September in the Plaza de Toledo
Murcia City Council continues to provide information to citizens about the availability of social housing (VPO) to potential claimants, for sale or rent.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development, directed by Juan Antonio Bernabe, open to the public information office on housing to be located in the Plaza de Toledo, in the Santa Maria de Gracia, and will address inquiries from citizens September from 8.00 to 15.00.
Murcia City Council will invest more than € 31,000 at this point of information, which is staffed by trained personnel.
The goal of this office is to provide transparent information on housing for people who demand and contribute to the spread of the stock of social housing available today.
The Session in June 2010 signed a cooperation agreement with the Association of Real Estate Developers in the Region of Murcia (APIRM), which provided facilities and services of the Municipal Office to Support Access to Housing and the dissemination a Catalogue of housing in the municipality.
