To conclude the activities of Children Project, on Saturday 28 May, will make intercountry activity, which from the Municipal Services Social Services takes place in 33 boroughs and districts of our town, which enrolled a total of 1,098 children from October 2010 to May 2011.
This activity will be carried out in the garden of the Malecon, from 10:00 to 13:30, with a series of activities that revolved around the game and with the motto "Let's Play."
Children attending will be organized into groups which will test teamwork (participation, decision making, respect and cooperation).
The event will award a prize to the children whose drawings were selected from the competition held to illustrate the information leaflets for schools in summer 2011, the drawings will be exhibited next to the stage.
Projects childhood activities (PAI), are intended to provide alternative activities for leisure and free time with fun and educational in nature and enable children to establish positive relationships, healthy habits and political space for participation and children, the While fostering the social integration of children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Take place in different neighborhoods and districts of the municipality, usually using the infrastructure of schools and school hours.
Each group consists of about 40 children, usually aged between 6 and 12 years, attended by two instructors who develop physical and sports activities, expression and dynamic manual, health education and environmental conservation, building social skills, gender equality, children's entertainment and socialization.
It also works on issues related to coexistence, tolerance, participation, decision making and a set of factors which contribute to improving the level of personal growth and group cohesion.
