The City prohibits a New Year's Eve party in the old Mundaka for lack of license (29/12/2010)

Murcia City Council has banned the celebration of New Year's Eve party at local nightclub that occupied the Mundaka, on the road to Santa Catalina, lacking the local license.

The owners of the former disco-Mundaka y Yo Boy Dance-have people in the Planning Department to warn that the club has been closed since March 2010, and that their owners have given up their license and do not allow any change ownership.

So that people who currently manage the premises can not make any New Year's Eve because they lack a license and have not submitted any application for license to open in urban planning.

The City Council has forwarded this situation to the local police and Government Delegation of the Autonomous consumption, for should there be complaints from consumers who have purchased tickets for this event.

In addition, the Consistory is working to locate the current management of the club.

To engage in activities on such premises, situated at number 26 on the road to Santa Catalina, you need a business license, so the current manager of the club should refrain from opening because it lacks a license.

In case of breach of prohibition order the immediate suspension of the activity, which if not done on a voluntary basis could be carried out by enforcement.
