The Socialist Party believes that Urban should sell the pharaonic building the new management infrastructure to run in 2011 (28/12/2010)

The socialist mayor Ros and José Marcos Zapata, representatives to the Planning Commission consider unacceptable decline in investment in 2011, a key year for economic recovery.

He demands to the Planning Department to include in the budget for 2011, an item of income from the sale of Management's new building, which has cost more than EUR 25 million to public coffers in the past 3 years.

"In 2011 the council will spend less money on infrastructure throughout the municipality, which has cost the new building pharaohs of the Urban Planning Department, affirmed.

In this sense, the socialist mayors believe that the building of the new management, is a waste and ostentation of expense wholly unnecessary, at a time when there are thousands of Murcia with economic difficulties.

"Planning can not see the face of people with economic problems, while still wasting money on a building totally unnecessary," are doomed.

Therefore, ask immediately planning to sell the building, destined to privately run facilities (hotels, schools, health centers ...), and intended the proceeds from the financing and implementation of infrastructure essential to revive the economy in the municipality.

Implementation of the roads and supplies included in the Special Plan del Campo de Murcia, which is now practically paralyzed with 2011 budgets.

Round Extending south to Barriomar.

Rehabilitation Programs / Urban (La Paz, Los Rosales ...).
