Francisco García Costa, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Murcia, is involved these days in Mexico City in the most prestigious international conference of this specialty with a paper on the principle of separation of powers.
The paper is among the only two Spanish teachers who have been accepted at the Eighth World Congress of the International Association of Constitutional Law, an event that meets every three years leading constitutionalist of more than fifty countries.
This work of Garcia Costa analyzes the transformations in parliamentary systems because of the emergence of new cases of legislative authorization, paying special attention to Spanish and Italian constitutional systems.
